We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2543081 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
Culinary OperationsOversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and presented in a visually appealing manner.
Staff ManagementLead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all menu items meet our culinary standards.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
SkillsExcellent culinary skills, with a focus on menu planning, execution, and presentation.
Personal QualitiesStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
