About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Burger Factory Cambridge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other kitchen staff members as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
