We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LULLABOO CAMBRIDGE INC. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is always well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a clean and safe environment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Work Environment: The kitchen environment can be physically demanding, with long hours spent on your feet and in a fast-paced environment.
