About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Jomana Badran Professional Cooperation. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and conducting research to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services
    • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage annual budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and development.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative services and support business objectives.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and present reports to management committees, highlighting administrative services and financial performance.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and database management.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
