Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Service Manager at Tesla. As a key member of our service center team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional results in customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Exceed customer expectations by monitoring service trends, developing standards and processes to elevate the overall service experience, and ensuring outstanding results in all aspects of customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead by example, prioritize team success, and actively engage in team growth and development, providing regular feedback and mentoring to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their roles.
- Operational Performance: Understand and improve all aspects of service center performance, championing safety, efficiency, quality, and technical acumen in service operations, and grasp business metrics to lead daily operations and achieve specific goals in productivity, quality, cost, and revenue/margin.
- Change Management and Adaptability: Embrace change, excel in high-pressure situations, exhibit strong prioritization and time management skills, and combine analytical thinking with hands-on problem-solving and a customer-service mindset to drive results.
- Technical Acumen and Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure technical expertise.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities, with a strong track record of driving results and improving operational performance.
- Technical and Business Acumen: Strong technical skills, with experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques, and a deep understanding of business metrics and performance indicators.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
