Job Description

JSG (Johnson Service Group, Inc.) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of B2B Cloud Services. This contract role requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in managing large-scale, complex projects.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Develop and implement a structured project management process/methodology, including documentation for all project phases.
  2. Client Management: Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  4. Resource Allocation: Manage company resource allocations to project deliverables.
  5. Project Reviews: Develop project milestone reviews and facilitate monthly steering calls.
  6. Cross-Functional Relationships: Manage cross-functional relationships with clients and company staff.
  7. Technology and Business Consultation: Provide technology and business consultation to clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Project Requirements: Work closely with clients and company cross-functional teams to define project requirements and delivery priorities.
  9. Status Reporting: Provide status reporting for clients and organizational leaders.
  10. Business Acumen: Provide strong business acumen and work with teams to define project solutions.
  11. Scheduling and Cost Control: Manage scheduling, cost control, and scope changes.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Project Management Experience: 5-10 years of project/program management/consulting experience preferred.
  2. Global Project Management Experience: Experience running large complex projects with resources, 12+ months, $250K - $1M+ global project management experience a plus.
  3. B2B Solutions Experience: 5-10 years of B2B solutions/applications delivery experience preferred.
  4. Customer-Facing Experience: 5-10 years of customer/client-facing experience preferred.
  5. Methodology Experience: Experience managing delivery using a defined methodology.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Dynamic problem solver with a customer focus.
  7. Team Management: Ability to motivate a team to meet tight project timelines.
  8. Technical Skills: Fluent with Microsoft Project & Project Task planning & dependencies.
  9. Financial Reporting: Deep experience in project status & financial reporting.
  10. Interpersonal Skills: Detail-oriented with very strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to partner with others and manage complex relationships.
  11. Methodology Experience: Experience with the Six-Sigma Process or similar methodologies.
  12. Supply Chain Experience: Experience working with supply chain business processes.
  13. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
