- Technical Acumen: Develop a deep knowledge of all Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Business Acumen: Act in the best interest of Tesla, advocate for customers and team success, and demonstrate a passion for Tesla's mission, people, and customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing diverse roles and responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer-facing responsibilities.
- Process Management: Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques, and a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
