Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
- Work collaboratively with other Team Members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
