Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our properties and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement action plans for property optimization.
- Create and execute strategies to maximize rental performance and occupancy rates.
- Develop comprehensive management plans in partnership with the regional manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of building operations, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Supervise a team of property staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manage financial aspects of the property, including rent collection, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, and budgeting.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining building security.
- Maintain high standards of maintenance for both common areas and individual units.
- Collaborate with regional teams on capital projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in multi-housing/real estate management.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and exceeding tenant expectations.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen, with the ability to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, business planning, and execution.
