Property Manager

About the Role
The Property Manager is a key position in our residential property management team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties in Laval, QC. This role requires a strong leader who can maximize profitability and maintain corporate standards within established operational and budgetary objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform market research and provide recommendations for rent rates and lease renewals.
- Ensure resident inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Interview and hire candidates, provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Manage staff, including conflict resolution and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement annual budgets, operating and capital plans.
- Oversee building maintenance systems and ensure timely rent collection.
Requirements
- Experience in residential property management or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Bilingual in French and English, required.
