Job Title: Technical Specialist - Case Management and ERP - Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in large business and I&IT transformation projects, with a strong focus on case management and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions for case management and ERP systems
  • Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems
  • Create functional and technical designs for customization, extensions, and configurations
  • Refine and clarify designs during software development and implementation
  • Code and unit test code; provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Support deployment in production environments
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Technical Consultant in large businesses and I&IT transformation projects
  • Hands-on experience with Curam
  • Hands-on experience writing Java code and using integration technologies, ESB, Java/JEE, application and web server technologies
  • Experience in large-scale case management implementations
  • Technical expertise to enhance, configure, customize, and integrate case management systems with external or related applications
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Curam V7
  • Experience in using code management tools such as GitLab and RTC
  • Experience in using Rational tools for software development
  • Proven experience in facilitating discussions, negotiations, and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, management, and teams
