Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at W Toronto. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our culinary team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest concerns and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate accounting procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
What We Offer
