About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to lead our Tonic Bar and Tonic House operations at The Well. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a team of Tonic Bar and Tonic House staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Scheduling and Workforce Planning: Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels for both Tonic Bar and Tonic House operations.
- Operational Excellence: Effectively manage time and resources to drive business success, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in cafe, dining, and kitchen areas.
- Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and inventory tracking, ensuring stock levels are maintained and efficiently used.
- Concept and Menu Development: Collaborate with the Senior Food and Beverage Manager to develop a long-term vision for Tonic House, incorporating seasonal promotions and menu specials.
- P&L Management: Work closely with the Senior Food and Beverage Manager to achieve monthly financial performance goals, including profitability, cost control, and sales growth.
- Proven track record in managing complex F&B or retail businesses with multiple revenue streams.
- Experience training and managing teams with diverse skillsets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance data and intuition in decision-making.
- Passion for financial performance and P&L management.
- Skilled in using software tools to optimize business operations.
- Strong sense of ownership, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

- Holds valid Smart Serve and Food Handlers certifications.
