Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in the successful operation of a Seasonal Store. This position is ideal for individuals with prior retail management experience who are looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
  • Ensure maximum sales and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
