National Account Manager
At Sofina Foods, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving annual volume targets associated with designated Retail Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop incremental business within assigned Retail Customer(s)
- Develop and execute an aggressive merchandising support plan for all existing and new proprietary products
- Develop weekly activation calendars for key categories in conjunction with customer category teams objectives
- Lead the execution of portfolio expansion and innovation launches
- Establish key business relationships to drive profitable volume
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance
- Support the creation and tracking of the annual business plan to deliver annual goals
Requirements:
- University Degree or College Diploma with minimum 3-5 years of industry experience
- Experience in the protein industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships
- Understanding of solution selling and willingness to develop sales strategies
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to travel
