National Account Manager

Drive business growth and achieve annual volume targets for designated Retail Accounts with direct account responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop incremental business within assigned Retail Customer(s).
  • Execute an aggressive merchandising support plan for all existing and new proprietary products.
  • Develop weekly activation calendars for key categories in conjunction with customer category teams objectives.
  • Lead the execution of portfolio expansion and innovation launches.
  • Establish key business relationships to drive profitable volume.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance.
  • Support the creation and tracking of the annual business plan in delivery of annual goals.

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma with minimum 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Experience in the protein industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships.
  • Understands and practices solution selling.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel.
