We are in search of a Bookkeeper & Operations Associate to support our diverse operational needs. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support. Your primary responsibilities will encompass accounting, bookkeeping, and operational tasks that are essential for the effective functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer orders and coordinate with vendors
  • Manage customer invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Execute data entry and generate reports as needed
  • Engage with customers and suppliers regarding financial transactions and agreements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or operations
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Quickbooks or Xero
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
