At KPMG Canada, we're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Services Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping multinational clients navigate the complexities of global tax compliance and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to lead client engagements and develop tax strategies.
  • Contribute to the lifecycle of individual Canadian and/or US tax compliance, including consulting, payroll, tax returns, and tax authority processing.
  • Provide exceptional client service as part of the tax engagement team, servicing the advisory and compliance needs of our multinational clients.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, leveraging your superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Build relationships with our team, global network, and clients, and provide mentoring for the professional development of junior staff.
Requirements:
  • Accounting or Business diploma or degree.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Excel experience.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interaction with clients and team.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Good understanding of Canadian or US personal tax and accounting financial management.
  • Data and Analytics and/or AI experience is valuable.
