We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 9520635 CANADA INC. as a Project Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement and review new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to office support staff and oversee the coordination of office administrative procedures.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Requirements

  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
