**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Director to lead our Sales and Marketing teams at Gibbons. This is a key leadership role that will focus on driving revenue growth and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement revenue-growth strategies across all businesses in the Gibbons portfolio.
  • Optimize and grow the membership program, The Apres Pass, to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Oversee and implement marketing strategies that align with the Gibbons brand vision and business objectives.
  • Lead two teams of managers to execute marketing plans, facilitate group bookings, and manage client relationships.
  • Drive outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and make adjustments as needed to drive revenue growth.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and business development.
  • Leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application in driving revenue growth.
  • Experience driving group bookings and outbound sales activity to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Ability to deliver effective training on upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced business environment.
