About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Boston Pizza Squamish. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that sales operations are running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Accommodation and food services industry.
  • Tasks: Allocate resources, authorize departments, coordinate work, establish objectives, represent the organization, select staff, and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player, initiative.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Youths
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
Support for Visible Minorities
  • Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
Work Environment
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language.
  • 35 hours per week.
