Executive Director, Sales Operations

Boston Pizza Squamish is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Sales Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, team management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
