Role Overview:
The TECH Sales Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth and success within the TECH business segment. This individual should possess a deep passion for and understanding of various TECH categories, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve financial objectives across all TECH departments, including Photo Electronics, Computer, TECH Services, and Audio Video Systems.
  • Maintain open communication with Store, District, and Business Unit management to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory effectively to meet customer needs while ensuring optimal inventory control.
  • Set and monitor sales goals for the TECH team, holding members accountable for performance and productivity.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and business acumen.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of operational software and support systems relevant to the TECH Department.
  • In-depth knowledge of desktop PCs, Windows operating systems, and all TECH products and services.
  • Familiarity with corporate training programs and workshops focused on leadership and management.
  • Proven experience in merchandising and inventory management.
