We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Costa Sorrento. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our traditional southern Italian cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, with a strong background in butchering meat and fish, pasta, dessert, and pizza preparation.

Previous experience in Italy is preferable, but not required. We are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire our kitchen team to deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items
  • Managing kitchen staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas and concepts
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborating with our events team to deliver exceptional private dining experiences
