Chicken Haus is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu decisions
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
