At Chicken Haus, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and specialist chefs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Plan and execute special events, such as weddings and banquets, to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Language:
  • English (primary language).
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week.
