About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2864792 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality control.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that customers receive a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

College or equivalent culinary education.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on Italian cuisine and European-inspired dishes.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy objects.
