Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our diverse customer base.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
