About the Role
The University of Ottawa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Professor to deliver engaging instruction in International Finance.
This course delves into the complexities of global financial markets, encompassing topics such as foreign exchange, derivatives, managing transaction and economic exposures, international investment strategies, and the intricacies of multinational operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Assess student learning through exams, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Possess an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Finance, International Business, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate prior teaching experience, ideally in the area of international finance.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
