Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Casual International Language Instructor to join our team at the Ottawa Catholic School Board. As a Casual International Language Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching international languages to students in our elementary program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach international languages to students in our elementary program
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Knowledge of and fluency in an international language
  • Previous teaching experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

The rate of pay for this position is $23.00 per hour, plus vacation pay.
