Our wholesale division specializes in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, catering to Western and Central Canada through our extensive sales branches. We are eager to welcome individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer experiences and contributing to substantial market growth.

**Role Overview:** The Sales Account Specialist is pivotal in driving sales growth and providing outstanding customer service. This role involves close collaboration with our Branch Manager, Outside Sales Team, and Warehouse personnel to exceed sales objectives and expand our customer network.

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Inform customers about product features and advantages to boost sales and satisfaction, while assisting with quotations and pricing
  • Enhance sales and order volume through cross-selling, upselling, and promotional activities
  • Engage in trade exhibitions organized by ECCO Supply or our suppliers
  • Direct sales leads to the Outside Sales Representative for further engagement
  • Ensure prompt and accurate processing of invoices and credits, verifying invoices daily to avoid shipping discrepancies
  • Maintain an updated sales database with pricing and specifications
  • Coordinate shipping logistics with the Branch Manager, ensuring backorders are addressed and special instructions are adhered to
  • Participate in the annual inventory assessment

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC sector, demonstrating sales proficiency

  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
