Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle bookkeeping for clients
  • Execute payroll and generate financial statements
  • Guide and train junior team members
  • Conduct month-end and quarter-end closing activities
  • Detect and rectify discrepancies
  • Oversee GL accounts and reconcile financial transactions
  • Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies
Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferred: Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in cloud accounting software such as QBO or Xero
  • Understanding of fundamental accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Sage 50 is advantageous
