**Role Overview:** The Sales Account Specialist is pivotal in driving sales growth and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires close collaboration with our Branch Manager, Outside Sales Team, and Warehouse personnel to exceed sales objectives and broaden our customer reach.

  • Professionally manage inbound sales inquiries via phone
  • Inform customers about product features and advantages to boost sales and satisfaction, and assist with pricing and job quotes
  • Enhance sales and order volume through cross-selling, upselling, and promotional efforts
  • Engage in trade exhibitions organized by ECCO Supply or its suppliers
  • Direct sales leads to the Outside Sales Representative for further follow-up
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits, verifying invoices daily to avoid shipping discrepancies
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales database with pricing and specifications
  • Coordinate shipping activities with the Branch Manager, ensuring that backorders are addressed and special instructions are adhered to
  • Participate in the annual inventory assessment

**Ideal Candidate Profile:** The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC sector, demonstrating sales proficiency
  • A willingness to engage in educational opportunities to enhance professional capabilities as required
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
