Showroom Sales Specialist

Job Overview
As a Showroom Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional product selection guidance and design recommendations to our clientele. Your goal will be to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while achieving or surpassing sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in evaluating their requirements, guiding their product choices, and finalizing sales Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with designers, builders, and architects to enhance profitable sales Provide prompt and accurate quotes along with reliable delivery timelines Achieve or exceed monthly sales and profit benchmarks for specific products Process orders and quotes in the system, ensuring timely communication with clients Address and resolve customer concerns; manage short payments and returns efficiently to exceed customer expectations Keep product literature updated to provide the latest information to customers Drive showroom sales through strategic promotions and effective display management Adhere to all safety protocols at customer sites and within the company Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Profit Centre ManagerRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales; experience in plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms is preferred Design experience or certification is advantageous Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of showroom products and recommend suitable options to meet customer needs Familiarity with kitchen and bath design trends Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong relationship-building abilities with clients, suppliers, and colleagues Capable of identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and closing sales Possess effective project management skills Ability to learn and utilize the software systems for order processing Intermediate math skills Valid driver's licensePreferred Skills:
Previous experience or knowledge of products in plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms Familiarity with Infor or Digital Warehouse systems Experience in the design sector or as a certified designerAdditional Information:
