About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, Outbound Sales at TransUnion, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing outbound sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, coaching and developing their skills, and ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Coach and develop sales representatives to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in credit reporting or related industry, with a strong understanding of the business and its operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
