About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Jai Sukhu Insurance and Financial Services Inc. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their insurance needs.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for various insurance products and ensure that clients understand the coverage and benefits.
  • Client Onboarding: Establish client insurance coverage and ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
  • Market Identification: Identify potential markets and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
  • Policy Requirements: Ensure that clients understand and comply with all policy requirements, including medical examinations and other necessary documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products and services, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Provincial or territorial license and Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
