We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative OTL/Preferred. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our agent team to establish and meet marketing goals, driving sales growth and increasing our professional reputation.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide expert advice.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to clients and build trust.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and OTL licenses, as well as Life and Health licenses.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
