Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of employee relations initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements
  • Proven experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field
