Position Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Company Overview: Leading firm in Human Capital Management

Hays Human Resources is collaborating with our client, a prominent firm in Human Capital Management, to enhance their Human Resources division by bringing on board a skilled Human Resources Business Partner.

This organization is a renowned player in the asset management sector, boasting over five decades of expertise.

They are in search of a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to integrate into their corporate headquarters.

As the Human Resources Business Partner, reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Entering payroll data into the HR management system
  • Offering guidance and assistance on HR administrative inquiries
  • Managing personnel transitions and drafting contract renewal documents
  • Initiating claims and overseeing internship initiatives
  • Processing financial documents for the HR department
  • Handling additional projects as required

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly advanced capabilities in MS Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a focus on MS Excel
  • Relevant post-secondary education in HR, including a CHRP designation
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with HR software such as Workday
  • Client-service oriented with the ability to support employees at all levels
  • Strong executive presence and polished presentation capabilities
  • Able to excel in a dynamic corporate environment
