Job Summary

Hays Human Resources is partnered with our client, a global leader in Business Management, as they grow their Human Resources team, hiring an experienced Human Resources Associate in a downtown location.

About the Company

The organization is a global leader in asset management and has built a successful profile with over 50 years of experience. Due to continued growth and progression planning, the business is hiring an experienced Human Resources Associate, to be based in the company's corporate head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input payroll transaction entries into Workday
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and leaders on HR administrative queries, including policies and procedures
  • Facilitate staff changes (hires, terminations, resignations, contractors)
  • Prepare letters for contract extensions
  • Initiate claims and coordinate aspects of interns program
  • Process all invoices for the HR team and follow up on discrepancies
  • Handle other projects as required and assigned
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, in a Senior Generalist and/or Business Partner capacity, and be data driven
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Completed post-secondary education relating to HR, including a CHRP
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Workday or similar
  • Client-service oriented and comfortable supporting all levels of employees and executive management
  • Strong executive presence and polished in presentation
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
