We are seeking a professional Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Commercial Bakeries Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support to our business leaders and teams. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and programs, advising on employee relations, and overseeing benefit administration.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Advise managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures
  • Mediate labour disputes and grievances
  • Administer benefit programs and employment equity initiatives
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Research and recommend employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and training to staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and propose improvements to HR processes and procedures

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, employment equity, and labour relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
