Position: Senior Solutions ConsultantWhat We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales of Mid Market or Enterprise software solutions
  • Proficient in aligning RFI/RFP needs with software offerings
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities
  • Experience in scoping and executing customer pilots and Proofs of Concept
  • Familiarity with web technologies and scripting languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Background in customer service software, IT service management, data warehousing, business intelligence, and workforce engagement management
  • Enthusiasm for building and nurturing professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a graduate degree is preferred
  • Openness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Contact Center environments
  • Expertise in specific industries such as Retail or Financial Services
  • Consulting experience in implementing enterprise software solutions
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications
