CONSULT: We assist our clients in reshaping their HR functions through a comprehensive re-evaluation of their HR structure and the digitalization of their systems.

EXECUTE: As partners with leading vendors in the industry, we undertake both technical and functional implementation projects for a wide array of HR solutions (SaaS or On-Premise).

MANAGE: Leveraging our extensive payroll expertise, we provide our clients with various levels of payroll outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in deploying technology-driven HR business solutions for clients.
  • Ability to critically assess and design HR solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Translate client requirements into feasible configuration options.
  • Advise clients on solution advancements relevant to their implementation.
  • Exhibit functional expertise in conducting workshops, drafting design documents, user acceptance testing, and delivering end-user training for the final solution.
  • Facilitate customer requirement workshops/sessions to ensure successful outcomes, including the preparation of documentation and presentations.
  • Adhere to Workday Methodology to ensure that implementation modules of a functional solution are tailored to the client's needs.
  • Be a pivotal team player with a positive attitude.
  • Prepare and lead design workshops on specialized subjects.
  • Maintain best practice approaches and uphold the highest quality service standards for clients.
  • Demonstrated effective project management experience.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage personal time efficiently.
  • Excellent proficiency in French & English, both written and oral; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous.
  • Experience with the complete Workday project lifecycle is a plus.
  • Workday Core HCM certification is essential, and additional certifications such as Absence / Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Performance / Talent are desirable.
