Position Summary: The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role within the Solutions Consultants team, acting as a key resource for Caseware's North American Commercial division. This position requires expertise in solutions, technical knowledge, and industry insights to effectively support our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to assist major prospects and clients in comprehending the Caseware suite of solutions, facilitating their product evaluations.
- Develop and uphold product demonstration strategies that emphasize value and benefits rather than mere feature presentations.
- Engage with Caseware's strategic partner in the U.S. to promote the adoption of our cloud solutions.
- Address any technical, functional, or security inquiries from prospects and clients during their evaluation of Caseware's offerings.
- Support the creation and execution of migration strategies for clients transitioning from their current accounting and audit systems to Caseware's cloud solutions.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of a product knowledge repository for team members.
- Assist with client onboarding and the implementation of solutions, coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Gather and relay client, prospect, and market feedback to the product organization to inform solution development.
- Participate in key industry events and trade shows.
- Engage in speaking opportunities and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with product marketing to create sales enablement materials and programs.
- Provide support to onboarding and implementation teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Active U.S. CPA certification.
- Over 7 years of experience in the audit and accounting field.
- More than 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Account Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Experience in product management, product marketing, or sales, or closely collaborating with these teams.
