About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Administrator to join our team at Equitable Group. As a key member of our Deposit Operations team, you will play a critical role in providing support to our Manager and assisting with the day-to-day management of our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to the administrative team, ensuring the smooth operation of our deposit operations.
  • Assist with the execution of business unit priorities, including the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our credit union agents and brokers, ensuring excellent customer service and quality assurance.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to improve our processes and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of yearend tax filings and submission to CRA, as well as daily reconciliation of various accounts.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of deposit services industry, internal banking platforms, and transactional systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
