About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Administrator to join our team at Equitable Bank. As a key member of our Deposit Operations team, you will play a critical role in providing support to our Manager and assisting with the day-to-day management of our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to administrators, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Assist with the execution of business unit priorities, including monitoring productivity and client turnaround time.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with our credit union agents and brokers, ensuring excellent customer service and quality assurance.
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to the Manager.
  • Assist with the preparation of yearend tax filings and submission to CRA, as well as daily reconciliation of various accounts.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of regulations affecting the business, including Privacy (PIPEDA), Deposit Type Instruments Regulations (DTIR), CDIC, CRA reporting, FCAC complaint handling, pension and registered plan regulations, and Legislative compliance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
