We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Deposit Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the Manager, Deposit Operations and assist with the day-to-day management of the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to the administrators
  • Assist with the execution of business unit priorities
  • Continuously improve administration processes
  • Establish and deepen relationships with credit union agents and brokers
Requirements
  • 30% Administration and Management
  • Assist with monitoring productivity and client turnaround time
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews
  • Ensure timely completion of processes
  • 30% Customer Service and Quality Assurance
  • Handle and respond to customer complaints
  • Review and improve processes and controls
  • Provide guidance on financial and trust products
  • 20% Reporting and Reconciliation
  • Assist with yearend tax filings and submission to CRA
  • Reconcile various accounts
  • Ensure compliance with established policy and procedures
  • 5% Technical
  • Participate in testing for internal banking system upgrades
  • Sound knowledge of deposit services industry and internal banking platforms
