We are a dynamic and growing company in the foam industry, seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team.

Job Summary

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
    • Provide guidance and support to sales team members to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
