About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at CAREERS360 INSTITUTE OF DEVELOPMENT INC. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 sales professionals in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including managing projects and programs, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and experience in leading a team.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
