About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Parkgate Chevron. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software.
